We buy a fresh pineapple here every week. I so miss it when we get back to Canada.
My pineapple judging really has low standards in Canada. 😂
They are in abundance here now – and ever so sweet and delicious. At 33 cents a pound, an average pineapple is about a buck. Lots of waste in the cutting, but still ends up to be enough for both of us for a week as one of our cereal toppings. I put it into stir fry dishes, too.
