I muuuch prefer the yellow Yucatecan tortillas over the beige Sinaloan tortillas. I get these hot and fresh from the tortillería around the corner.

I spent two hours deep cleaning the kitchen today so there was no way I was going to cook! Top ones have longaniza (sausage) and bottom are chuleta (chop (of pork)). Nice change from al pastor! 😋
