June 7, 2018 by Rae One food I really miss from Sinaloa is what they call there chiles curtidos -pickled jalapeños. An Uber driver here also from there told me to look for cans of jalapeños and carrots with the word “escabeche,” a synonym for curtidos in this context. Looks like I found them! via IFTTT
