Half-and-half — I went out for fresh tortillas, but the rest is all mine! It was one of the crockpot things I put together and which only took about 2 hours to cook (glad I ignored the insane eight hours in the instructions!). I added the corn at the very last minute.

I can’t digest green peppers, but have no problems with poblanos so I made the switch.
