{"id":15709,"date":"2012-09-16T17:24:21","date_gmt":"2012-09-16T21:24:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/travelswithmiranda.uskeba.ca\/?p=15709"},"modified":"2016-09-18T20:06:40","modified_gmt":"2016-09-18T17:06:40","slug":"a-better-way-to-store-the-sewer-hose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.raecrothers.ca\/blog\/a-better-way-to-store-the-sewer-hose\/","title":{"rendered":"A Better Way to Store the Sewer Hose"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Back in mid-2010, before leaving Campbell River, I saw a modification <a href=\"http:\/\/croftsmexico.blogspot.com\">Croft<\/a> had made to his RV that made me drool.<\/p>\n<p>It only took two and a half years, but I now have a wonderfully practical and non-messy way to store my sewer hose!<\/p>\n<p>All it involves is attaching behind the rear bumper a length of rigid pipe with a wider diameter than the sewer pipe and then finding a way to secure the ends so the sewer hose won&#8217;t slip out.<\/p>\n<p>I bought a long length of pipe in Oliver and somewhere down the road, I cut it in two. I only really need the short end, so the other half has been in the way. No more!<\/p>\n<p>(When I&#8217;m on sewer hook ups, I slip the sewer hose into the pipe to protect the hose.
